The Spain Retreat
Sunday 15th June - Thursday 19th June 2025
BOOKINGS NOW OPEN
About the retreat.
El Cachete is a 150 year old farmhouse set in 80 acres of beautiful olive groves. The house, a traditionally renovated Andalusian Cortijjo is the perfect home for a Spanish yoga retreat.
We will practice in the brand new, fully equipped yoga studio or on the outdoor platform (depending on the heat) surrounded by mountains and blue skies. One of the best things about being on retreat is the abundance of time and space so our twice daily practice will be 90 mins - 2 hours, each inclusive of meditation, pranayama and a gorgeous long savasana. There will be workshops every other day and pre bed sound sessions too.
During your free time you can lounge in or around the 20 metre swimming pool, head out into the surrounding countryside or take a trip to one of many stunning places a short drive from our base. (We can organise via our hosts at an extra cost should you wish to explore further). There is a projector in the living room so we will get cosy and watch a film after dinner one evening.
We are lucky enough to be catered for by the wonderful Africa who will be our chef for the duration of our stay. All meals will be provided and produce will be organic and locally sourced where possible as well as vegetarian and mostly GF.
We hope to create a relaxing environment where you can come and tend to yourself through yoga, a supportive and friendly environment, beautiful surroundings and home cooked soul food. You’ll leave feeling fantastic - that much is guaranteed!

Tom Pardhy
Tom is a familiar face in Hackneys favourite studios and has become a firm staple at Waking Dreams and Blok for over three years now.
He’s known for his spicy take on vinyasa styles of yoga, drawing from various trainings over the years as well as a knack for creative sequencing.
He’s also a well-versed sound practitioner, yin teacher and meditation guide and has a penchant for no-nonsense philosophy and awful jokes.
Great music comes as a standard in all his classes.
