My Story.

Yoga has completely changed the course of my life and I am forever grateful to be able to share this practice with hundreds of people each week.

My teaching style mirrors the way I like to practice. It offers a fun twist on the classical asana practice; being physically demanding playful at the same time.

I studied English Literature at university, which is where I first began to hone my skills as a clear, confident and direct speaker; something I have become known for as a yoga teacher.

I completed 200hrs of Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa with Frog Lotus in 2016 and started teaching as much as possible; it soon became my full time job.

Having lived many different lives off the mat, I am now on a mission to live a more balanced life; bringing a unique perspective to students who may be looking for more than just the asana.

After a pretty hectic health scare in 2018 i felt the call towards the other side of the yoga coin and trained in Yin Yoga (50hr) with Sarah Lo. This has proven to be the perfect antidote to the weird and wonderful times we find ourselves living in.

2020 was all about The Rocket. I did not one, but two Rocket Science trainings  with the absolutely brilliant Good Life Yoga School. The best 100 hours of the pandemic without a doubt.

Speaking of the pandemic; it spat me out of London and back up north. This is where I now happily call home. I stay connected to my ever growing yoga community through my online yoga classes and I meet many new faces through my retreats, workshops and in person classes.

I am grateful beyond words for this life, for the people I meet, the places I get to see and the work that has chosen me.
