“A fresh and fun approach to yoga from one of the UK’s leading teachers”.
CLASS STYLES EXPLAINED.
DYNAMIC VINYASA.
A playful and creative practice that links breath with continuous movement. Each class is unique enabling you to explore many postures from week to week. Grab your blocks and something comfy for savasana.
YANG TO YIN.
The best of both worlds! 50% dynamic vinyasa / 50% yin. You will leave this practice feeling balanced and ready to face the day. Grab lots of props! There's no such thing as too many!
POWER YOGA
The ‘power’ in ‘power yoga’ refers to the breath not the postures! Rooted in Ashtanga yoga but way more fun; this class can be modified to suit all levels of practitioner. Bring your blocks! Bring your breath!
YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice that works deeply into your body with passive, longer held poses. Grab pillows, blocks and blankets a plenty - support is paramount when looking for that sweet, sweet release.
MANDALA VINYASA
A playful and dynamic practice, moving 360 degrees around the mat, softly flowing through strong poses and inversions to the rhythm of the breath. The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element, and related chakra, of the day as per the Mayan calendar. The class will begin and close and with yin postures to compliment the subtle and physical body.
